Lytham St Annes

Lytham St Annes is a seaside town in Lancashire, England. Lytham St Annes is on the Fylde coast, just south of Blackpool on the Ribble Estuary.

Lythar St Annes is a popular weekend getaway for residents of Manchester, Liverpool and other towns in Lancashire. Lytham St Annes achieved status as an independent borough council within the County Palatine of Lancaster (successor to the Duchy of Lancaster) after The Second World War. Lytham St Annes has one public golf course, Lytham Green Drive Golf Club, which is located on Lytham Road close to Lytham Green shopping centre. Lytham is the home of Lytham Cricket Club who have been based in Lytham since 1820. Lytham is also home to Lytham Athletic FC, a club which has been in existence since 1880

Lytham St Annes has a well-known, restored windmill housing a museum.
