Heysham

A pretty little village despite it’s proximity to the nuclear power station and ferry terminal The coastal area of Heysham features quaint cottages with 17th Century date stones adorning many and every-other a restaurant or souvenir shop.

There is also a fine Heritage Centre with local exhibits and guide-books to the history of Heysham, that is definitely worth a look-in.
