Epping is a market town in the Epping Forest district of the County of Essex, England. It is located 3.6 miles north east of Loughton, 9 miles south west of Harlow and 18 miles northwest of Brentwood. Originally a small town, epping has expanded greatly in the last century

Epping Forest has been an established tourist destination since Victorian times and epping sits at its heart. It’s arguably epping’s biggest attraction with a history going back to Roman Britain

The epping market dates all the way back to 1253 when king Henry III granted epping a weekly Market Charter on Thursdays as indicated by a tablet on epping Town Hall which was built in 1699 . The epping May fair is also one of oldest traditional events in epping as it was first mentioned as
