Dewsbury is a town in West Yorkshire, England. It is located within the metropolitan borough of Kirklees and has a population of around 57,000.
Dewsbury is a market town and has been a centre of wool and textiles production for centuries. The town is also home to the Royal Armouries Museum, which houses one of the largest collections of arms and armour in the world.
Dewsbury is well connected by road and rail, with Leeds Bradford Airport located just over 10 miles away. The town has a variety of places to eat and drink, as well as a range of shops and businesses.
