Blue-bordered Carpet
Latin name: Plemyria rubiginata
The Blue-bordered Carpet moth is the most common of the carpet moths. Can be found in damp woodland, scrub and hedgerows. They feed on a range of trees and bushes, including alder and blackthorn.
